I graduated from Stony Brook with a degree in business management. However, I have been tutoring fellow classmates and friends throughout all of middle and high school. My passions are helping in science and math, but I do also enjoy helping my students understand how to better express their thoughts in history and writing.I strive to do more than simply raise some test scores. I want to help them develop better study habits and help them reach their full potential. This is done by showing them that they can reach their educational objective and improve their personal academic abilities. This is easily done through adapting my tutoring style to match the needs of the individual student.I am able to tutor in a wide variety of subjects and many levels of each subject. For example, I can help with all math subjects from elementary math to trigonometry and arithmetic. I also love the written word, so I can help with essay editing, college essays, and reading. Many of my students have found my ability to assist with their study skills and test prep to be rather helpful as well.When I am not tutoring, I enjoy playing video games and working out. I also like snowboarding and singing.
